For sale is a beautiful 1949 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery 3 door wagon....this is a very unique ride that is a pleasure to drive.....Chevy V6-17K miles ; 700R4 Automatic transmission-less than 100 miles; New power rack and pinion steering; New power front disc brakes; New aftermarket air conditioning; New thermo controlled cooling fan; New power windows; tilt column with custom wood steering wheel; New AM,FM,CD sound system; all new glass; new gauges, new wiring; new mufflers, dual exhaust; New 17" performance radials on custom rims; custom 2 tone paint on a very nice body; front and rear original bumper wings and guards....lots of custom features including the installation of the larger/longer 2 door sedan front doors for comfort and a great smooth look.....and the late model looking gas filler door that replaces the ugly original filler neck and visible cap...the underneath is very clean and neat...this 49 has a great aggressive stance, runs and drives smooth, quiet and it's plenty quick...cruises at freeway speeds or higher as necessary..I will be happy to provide any additional information that might be needed.....the car is currently registered in California with clear title of ownership in my name....the car is being sold as is, where is, with no warranty of any type implied or expressed.
I am making every effort to be as honest, forthright and transparent about this car and it's condition as I can possibly express..I will not withhold any information I feel is pertinent to the sale, even when it is clear that disclosing all the facts may be enough to cause a buyer to pass on the deal.....the car will occasionally have some water drip onto the front floor mats when it is washed, even though all the glass pieces and gaskets are brand new...the 2 front doors have brand new locks and keys, but I haven't found a cylinder for the rear door as yet..the door closes and latches nicely, but the key won't quite turn far enough to lock it. The paint is very presentable but is not a show quality job.....if you look close enough you will find some small imperfections that have been touched up...this car at this price is a very, very nice, solid driver and was built to be driven and enjoyed, not for show purposes...I strongly recommend that the car be inspected so I can show that what I have attempted to describe in full honesty is exactly what is being offered here.
