1987 Chevy R10 Silverado: At Monaco Luxury we specialize in locating the best classic trucks in the US, restoring them (if needed), and then offering them to fortunate new owners. If you know anything about square-body trucks, you know that this truck is the most desireable example you can find. 1987 is the last years of this body style and the first year of the fuel injected V8. What really sets this Silverado apart from the crowd is the two-tone black and gray color combo, its high degree of originality, and the $16k+ in recent complete restoration (2016). The paint, interior, gauges, stereo, bedliner, chrome trim, rims, tires and exhaust are all new and look immaculate. There's even a new tow hitch that never been used. The drivetrain has been completely rebuilt within last 12 months, a full tune-up was completed 4 months ago,and the truck drives perfect! We purchased the truck apprx 95% complete. Since the photos, the 2 dash vents that where showing age have been replaced. We also installed a retro original-style head unit. The last item needed is a module to calibrate the speedometer correctly and we should have that done before the truck ships to its new home.
