1969 Chevelle Malibu Convertible, Original car with 73000 miles, 1 repaint in 84/85. Runs and drives excellent. Documented dealer owned since 1984. Great history. Greatcar!

Body and Paint

Straight rust free body with an older lacquer driver quality paint, has nice shine but is showing some cracking/checking if you’re close up. Has evidence of old very small repairs around rear wheel lips. Rock solid floors, trunk and frame. Panel fit is excellent and doors/trunk just click shut

Chassis, Suspension and Brakes

Solid frame only showing some surface rust. Suspension is tight and handles excellent, Nice tires and rallys. Original wheels and caps can come with. Manual Brakes are new by Best Western, including Master Cylinder and rear lines. 1 finger power steering.

Powertrain

Original VIN stamped 307 2bbl underhood. Starts and runs excellent. No smoke, leaks etc. Single exhaust. 2 spd Powerglide Trans, 10 bolt rear.

Drives smooth as silk. Like a 73000 mile car that’s been maintained. Fresh fluids and ready to go. The 307 actually has nice power. Won’t smoke-em like an SS but is smoother at highway speeds.

Interior and Misc

Original Ivory interior in amazing condition. Some age discolor showing but rip and crack free. Very comfortable. Dash and gauges are perfect. Shows very well.

Power top works perfect, has older top showing some wear.

All glass is excellent and windows go up and down nicely.

No electrical issues or draws, all lights and equipment works as should.

I am a small Colorado dealer and drive most of my cars quite a bit. I have driven this car approx 500 miles so far this season and have quite enjoyed it. It’s never let me down and is really fun. Its a paint job and top away from excellent in my opinion but is completely ok as is. It certainly gets a lot of interest anywhere I go. Contact me with questions on this one.

In full disclosure, the wiper switch works but one side has come loose from dash so it just sits a little sideways. Im sure its an easy fix.
