This is one well-documented numbers matching 1967 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport. The odometer reads 46,000, assume its 146,000. It has the original 275hp 327 and 4 speed manual transmission. As far as documentation, I have the Protecto Plate, the dealer options list, a thorough list from the original owner on his overhaul of the engine, an appraisal, and numerous receipts. This car is optioned with power steering and the factory 12 bolt Posi-traction differential. It runs down the highway straight and smooth, it has new tires less than 2000 miles ago. Engine compression is 150 in all 8 cylinders. New plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and points. I just installed a new master cylinder. The brakes work very well, it accelerates just as fast as one can fly through the gears. The transmission is solid and shifts flawlessly. The carburetor is a Quadrajet, and the choke is inoperative. The car will idle at 750 or above but stalls at lower RPM. I have not attempted to rebuild the Carter, the plan is/was to install a new Holley. The trunk and floorboards are solid. It has some old bodywork in the rear quarters. I have photos of the undercarriage upon request. The car will be listed locally, buyer is responsible for shipping.
