No reserve with clear title on this piece of Genuine Americana. This is a car with a story to tell. It started out in Atlantic City New Jersey. This car took Sunday drives along the ocean and boardwalks in the 1950's. The car eventually ended up in the North Woods of far Northern Wisconsin. This is true American history. It was brought to Illinois and given a second life with a new drivetrain. 1951 Chevrolet Coupe. I completely rebuilt the 1966 Olds 425 engine. The block is bored .30 over. Everything was new in the engine. It has a brand new water pump, fuel pump, Edlebrock 750 carb with electric choke, plug wires, distributor, steel fuel tank, hoses and belt, It has a rebuilt starter and alternator. Electric fan. Radiator was professionally cleaned. Lowered with drop spindles. Updated Mustang II rack and pinion steering. All new wiring kit. 1956 International truck steering wheel. Drives straight, stops straight, runs great. We didn't rebuild the trans (400 auto). However, it works perfectly. The tires were new a few years ago. B & M shifter. The floors are all solid. I put insulation and carpet in the car and trunk. I covered the seats with high quality vinyl covers. I removed the headliner and carpeted the ceiling. The kick panels are new. The front windshield has a star chip that has been repaired. I have new stainless rocker covers and side moldings (brand new) and other parts that are included. Pioneer stereo/CD player. New glove box. Owners Manual. Smitty dual exhaust. You can drive this car anywhere. It is ready to go to car shows this summer. I would be glad to email more photos.
