1940 Chevrolet Other Pickups open express Description

Rare 1940 Chevrolet 1.5 ton open express pickup. it has a 216 and a 4 speed manual transmission with a 2 speed rear end. it has lots of rust and dents but would make a great start for a project. it runs and drives good but only goes about 50 mph. the engine starts up every time and runs good oil does pressure but it burns oil and will need a rebuild. lights, horn, blinkers, windshield wipers all work. it has a working hoist. the brakes work and don't leak and it has decent tires. it definitely need work especially on the body but it would work great on a farm or as a project. I have driven it to town quite a bit but it's a little slow. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY, I WILL NOT DELIVER. I WILL ONLY ACCEPT CASH IN PERSON OR A CASHIERS CHECK ONCE IT IS IN THE BANK.
