1968 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe Description

Up for auction is a numbers matching 1968 Camaro that has gone through most of a full frame off restoration! As you can see from the images, it has gone through a complete media blast and new panels installed and cleaned up. I have run out of money and time to work on this project, and my loss can be your gain! At a minimum, this car will require minimum body work and panel alignment before going to paint, but you could take this project any direction you want!
Full numbers matching 327 with Powerglide 2 speed. Came from the factory in Grecian Green with a black leather deluxe interior. Comes with original sales paperwork and service records from when it was purchased all the way through the 90s, when it was sold by original owner. An amazing piece of history that is begging to be finished up. It comes with boxes and boxes of parts and here some highlights:- 327 ran strong when removed from vehicle.- Powerglide was fully serviced prior to removing from vehicle.- Car has brand new brakes and medium-performance bushings, suspension, etc. installed on car- Extra TH350/Turbo 350 transmission (in case you want it)
- Performance AGR power steering box
- Original deluxe leather interior (Black). Front seats covered, back seats were stripped and primed.
- 4th gen f-body seats with custom frames mounted in car (see picture)
- All exterior steel/aluminum/chrome trim and molding refinished and ready to be attached.
- New windshield
- Full brand new, high quality rubber weather stripping
- New door and trunk locks.
- TOO MUCH TO LIST. THIS IS AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE TO PUT THEIR FINAL TOUCHES ON THIS ICONIC PIECE OF AMERICAN AUTOMOBILE HISTORY!!
I hate auctions with "mystery" reserve prices, so I'll be honest and say I set it to $15,000. I'm into the car more than that in restoration costs and parts, so this is a helluva deal at that price. Hopefully it goes higher!
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All sales are final, so if you have any questions, ask them before bidding! I will do my best to respond in the same day you send them!- SHIPPING: Buyer is 100% responsible for shipping costs. There are many services out there. This car comes with ALOT of boxes of new and original components, so my recommendation would be a trailer. It is located in Boise, Idaho. I am happy to work with buyer on assisting in the pickup process.- TAXES AND LIABILITY: Buyer is 100% responsible for all local taxes (if required) for the purchase of this vehicle.
