For auction is this impeccable 1967 Chevelle Super Sport, this is a factory 138 car built in Fremont Ca. and has been owned by the same owner since 1981 where he purchased it out of Boise Idaho from the second owner and it underwent a professionally frame off restoration to its present state completed in 1999. It has around 1000 miles since the restoration and is very detailed throughout. The car was Butternut yellow on black from GM. The engine is a 66 396 and is .040 overbore with a steel crank and TRW forged pistons, the heads are 1968 cast iron rectangular port and it has a loppy 375hp cam, it runs very well and hauls A**. The trans is a rebuilt T400 and the rear end is a 12 Bolt with C clip eliminators and a Moroso 4 series posi with 4:10 gears and Moser aftermarket axles. The brakes and suspension were all replaced with new components and it has disk brakes on the front. The rear has Morrison trailing arms. All the gauges including tach work great, everything works Ie: heater, wipers, signals and all lights. Hooker headers with 3" exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. This car was meticulously put together is ready to enjoy.

The body was a very clean survivor, the floor pans and trunk have not been replaced nor patched and are rust free. The only rust was minor and was in either quarter panels and lower fenders, the left qtr got a new GM replacement and the right a small patch, both fenders were GM replacements. All the trim was restored or replaced with high quality parts and/or numerous NOS items.

The car is very straight as you can see, I am selling for my friend that owns the car since he is not a computer guy. You can see by my feedback I am a straight shooter and I would appreciate it if you are as well. The title is free and clear and in the owner’s name. The car comes with numerous original docs including the build sheet and protecto plate. I will not reveal the reserve price and we do not wish to trade the car. It is being sold to assist in funding the growth of the owner’s business. The car is FOR SALE outside of Ebay and we do reserve the right to end the auction early if the reserve has not been met to that point. The car is stored about an hour from SeaTac airport should you want to fly in and view in person.

I have had few folks ask if the transmission and rear end were original to the car... The rear end is the original housing and the original matching T400 case is available and can go with the sale. The trans in the car is not numbers matching, we would be able to carefully wrap and box the original trans case for shipping with the car. Please ask any questions you may have, thank you for your interest. Happy Bidding!
