1980 Chevrolet Corvette Description

I have a really nice 1980 C3 Corvette up for sale. All of the hard stuff has already been done. New engine, transmission, suspension, rear end, etc.
The frame and under carriage are in excellent shape, frame paint is still black and shiny. Looks like maybe a frame-off restoration at some point, but I'm not sure.
- Rare 4-speed manual transmission with new racing clutch kit

- Completely new rear end and suspension with 4.11 gears and posi-trac

- New High Performance crate motor from Summit Racing

- Aluminum Heads

- Street performance cam

- Edelbrock polished intake and carb

- New Aluminum Radiator and hoses

- New fiberglass rear bumper (won't warp like the original plastic one)

- All new suspension, springs, bushings, shocks, etc

- New front brake pads and caliper

- High Performance headers with side pipe exhaust

- Power windows, locks, etc

- keyless entry / car alarm

- Wired for aftermarket amp/speakers in the back

- Interior is in great shape for the year (newer seats, brand new carpet, etc)

- Car originally had A/C, just needs the compressor and hoses.

I also have a brand new front and rear fiberglass Ground Effects kit from Eckler's, and a fiberglass hood scoop. Have not installed them yet. There are two sets of T-tops, one is mirrored glass (glass is cracked), the other is a fiberglass set.

Gets lots of attention and runs like an animal. Exhaust is throaty and sounds down-right mean.
There is easily $15k into this car already just with the mechanical restoration. I know I probably won't get that back out of it, so here's an excellent chance for someone else to come out ahead.
Last thing it could use is a fresh coat of paint. There are a lot of little scuffs and scrapes (see photos for some close-ups). The old paint job looked pretty good from across the street, but was a typical "20 footer".I've started sanding it down and fixing the little spots that need it. The rear bumper has already been sanded to remove the seams. I’ve finished sanding the rear section and the driver's side door, but the front section and right side still need to be finished. Personally, I love the flat-black "stealth" look, and it would be super easy to finish that way.Even with just the primer, it's a really good looking car and turns heads every time I drive it.
Feel free to call or text with any questions. I don't always have good reception, so if you call and I don't answer please leave a message.
Thanks
