1968 Chevrolet C-10 Description

Sometimes the best custom cruiser is really a truck. This well done 1968 Chevrolet C10 has the right look, V8 upgrades, and attitude to be a great head tuner to drive everywhere.
The first thing you notice about this truck is the paint. The medium metallic blue is a great modern color that helps it instantly identify with its custom nature. The white roof and matching white lettering on the tailgate give this one a cool two-tone appearance. Plenty of bright chrome and trim complement this custom setup. Plus, the large 20-inch American Racing alloys on the lowered suspension are instant attention-grabbers. But even with all these custom elements, it's the body built by Chevy that's the biggest attraction. These stepside pickups were originally built for a functional purpose, but now their rarity has made them a highly desired stylized touch on the vintage market. One of the reasons for this, too, is they still carry the real wood in the bed. The allure is especially true on this one where the gloss on the lumber tells you there was a recent investment here.
Inside this pickup showcases a muscle car-like attitude. The exterior blue returns on the metal parts, but now it's complemented by a deep black. It starts with the fresh vinyl on the bench seat. This coordinates nicely with the newer door panels and carpeting. The sporting attitude continues when you grab the classic Chevy performance three-spoke sports steering wheel with your left hand, and let your right one rest on the Lokar shifter.
Under the hood is where this truck really sizzles. The 350 cubic-inch V8 looks like it's radiating power from within the dark engine bay. Ribbed valve covers, a matching shiny air topper, and bold Chevy orange looks terrific. Clean fender walls and hidden wires make sure that nothing gets in the way of this impressive engine. More than just look great, this one was built to be a true runner. That's why the V8 was upgraded with go-fast goodies like a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Weiand intake, and Headman headers that add power as they enhance the rumble of the dual exhaust. Plus, there has been a solid investment in overall reliability with newer components like the master cylinder and radiator. If this is starting to sound like the perfect cruiser, then don't forget to check out the undercarriage photos. There, you'll see a big investment in an upgraded front suspension, and these C10s are desirable for their trailing arm rear suspension. Add in a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, front disc brakes, and the grip of Pirelli P-Zero Nero tires, you've got a stellar all-around driving package.
Here's a turn-key classic pickup with a head-turning appearance. And it also has all the right driving upgrades. A total package like this never waits for long, so hurry up and call today!
