This is a recently completed rotisserie restoration with a cost that was in excess of $100k. The car has 185 miles since.
The drive train: Completely built 283 4 bolt main with steel cran, forged trw pistons, double roller chain, hydraulic roller cam, crane rocker rollers,202 ported and polished fuellie heads, Edelbrock polished intake, "Fast " Electronic fuel injection system with in tank electric fuel pump(new tank), MSD distributor and wires. Edelbrock aluminum water pump, serpentine drive belt system, stock(new) 3 core GM radiator, dual 3" flowmaster exhaust which exits before the rear. Battery has been relocated into trunk.
Tremec 5 speed transmission, hydraulic center force clutch,12 bolt 355 posi rear.
The suspension: New sub frame. Power rack and pinion steering, tubular front control arms, coil over shocks and springs, Flaming river column, 4 link road racing rear suspension with coil over springs and shocks. 4 wheel power dis brakes with slotted rotors, GM calipers.New B/F Goodrich 225/60/15 fronts and 255/60/15 rear tires on Supreme American Racing style wheels.
The body: All new G.M. front fenders, hood, cowl, grille, door panels, rockers, lower quarters and trunk lid. Solid floor and trunk. New inner fenders, and radiator support which have been painted and cleared. The body has been painted before the car was assembled in Black Cherry . Although you cant see them there are rally stripes which have been :ghosted" in on the hood and trunk lid.5 coats of clear on top of it all. The bumpers and all mouldings are body color. The exterior door handles are brushed aluminum.
The interior: All new custom seats. New dash pad, headliner, door panels, aluminum shifter and pedals. Newcarpet, new autometer gage, new MOMO steering wheel.
I have tried to list most of the major components that went into this build. Of course all of the assembly hardware is all new as well. The car is extremely fast although it has not even been broken in yet. The picturesreally do the car no justice as it looksmuch better in person.
