1970 Chevrolet Blazer Description

Another 1970 Chevy Blazer has been resurrected! This old bird has been living the last 20 years in a heated shop in Worland, Wyoming. I found this truck a couple of years ago and until about 12 months ago the owner couldn't let go. It was surrounded by other non op cars and trucks, motors, transmissions, parts... you name it, it wasn't coming out easy.
Needless to say, she has been given a better life and is ready to live. This truck was about 90% original paint when we started with it. See the last picture from the day we brought it in.
Heres a short breakdown of what was done:
Mechanical/Chassis:-Rebuilt 350; rings, rods, mains and camshaft-Rebuilt turbo 350 automatic transmission-Rebuilt 205 transfer case-New fuel pump-New battery-New Classic Auto Air A/C-New brake booster-New plugs, wires, cap and rotor-All new hoses-New plantronics electronic pick up.-New distributor-New headers-New u-joints in front and rear driveshaft-New 4" Tuff country suspension.-4 new XD Badlanders 20" chrome wheels wrapped in new 35x12.50x20 BFG K02 tires.***I do have a set of original rally wheels that have been blasted and painted. If someone would prefer original rallys instead of the wheels on it I will swap the wheels with the same new tires in a 35x12.50x15.***-Underbody has been scoured clean and undercoated.
Body:-Original body/sheet metal.-Body was completely dismantled and painted inside and out.-Painted base/clear in light red. -Completely refinished hardtop, inside and out.-Floors, inner kick panels and inside rear fenders and wheel well were completely lined with the same speed liner as the top. Professionally done.-All new weatherstripping.-All new body molding and stainless trim, emblems, bumpers, door handles, mirrors and lights.-New antenna
Interior:-Completely refinished and painted inside. -New carpet kit. -Refinished rear quarter panels-Original seats were dismantled, blasted and painted. All new foams and houndstooth upholstery.-New seat belts-New dash-New door panels-New Retro Sound radio with blue tooth-New carpet sill/thresholds-All new door and window weatherstripping and door bumpers.
-There is a lot more new on this truck than I've listed, I just can't remember it all.
This truck is a head-turner! It runs and drives excellent. I encourage any interested buyers to come and inspect the truck. I am happy to take the truck for a 3rd party inspection if someone would like.
All I ask of anyone that is interested in bidding on my truck is this:-ask any and all questions prior to the auction ending.-do any inspections prior to bidding and the auction ending.-realize this is an amazing 47 year old vehicle... however, it does not have air bags, anti lock brakes, etc. do not expect it to drive like your 2017 Yukon Denali.
