I have beenrefurbishing for the past year. This SUV is solid. I will add more details later.

New Dash * Rear Side Panels * Tires *Windshield * All seals in drive train replaced during service, including between transmission and transfer case. * New Yoke * Owner’s Manual * Factory Service Manual * Factory Electrical Manual * Tail Gate Supports * All 6 shocks * Steering Stabilizer * All Brake components including master and proportion valve * All Parking Cables * All Tie Rods/ Steering Rods * Locking Hubs * Trans Pan. Front and Rear Diff Covers. * Left Valve Cover Gasket * AC converted to R134.

The new windshield with the radio antenna built in, so I removed the whip antenna, the antenna hole on the fender is open. I will included the original antenna with the sale.

Cruise Control works fine. Original spare tire, original jack is still under the hood and all factory stickers. Factory emergency pull light under the hood still works.
This are some problems I did not get to.Windshield Washer does but spray ($15 part on ebay); Cannot reset the RWALbrakelight.Brakes work fine, took it to 3 shops to fix the RWAL system, and had all parts replaced, but the light will not reset. Door Seals should get replaced, wind noiseaudible. ($100 part oneBayor LMC.).
