1953 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Description

You are looking at a 1953 Chevrolet BelAir 2 door hardtop mild custom . This car features a 235 straight 6 cylinder engine with a Offenhauser duel manifold with 2 single carburetors, custom duel exhaust, Wayne chrome valve cover and lifter panel, electronic ignition, new fuel tank and lines, new fuse panel and wiring, Standard transmission and lots more. This car is a project that the pervious owner could not complete. The body on this car is very soli, rockers and lower panels have no rot just on the corner of one quarter panel and the floors are very good with one patch panel. Trunk is very solid .The engine sounds great with no knocks, taps or smoke. The brakes stop with a high peddle. and the clutch feels and grabs as it should. The lights do work also.I drove this car up and down my street and even with miss match tires it road pretty good.
As you can see the car is partially dismantled, but it looks like mostly every thing is in the trunk. I do have all the glass and gaskets. and the window regulators are in the trunk, back seat and door panels. The body was also slightly modified as you can see from the front headlights and hood and grill, also the door handles were filled in and the tail lights were customized. This car is a great winter project and an excellent foundation to restore or finish customizing. Please email with any questions or appointment to see this car.
