1972 Chevrolet C10 Step Side 454! Extra Clean! Fresh Restoration! Show Quality!
1972 Chevrolet C-10 Description
I am regretfully selling the pride and joy of my collection due to recent divorce. My loss is going to end up someone's huge gain! Super clean examples of these C-10's like this one are getting harder and harder to find. Please read all details below before bidding! Thanks!
Up for auction is this beautiful freshly restored example a 1972 Chevrolet C-10 Stepside pickup truck. The winning bidder will not be disappointed when they see and drive this show quality classic. Many new and original parts are found on this truck which keeps its classic status with a touch of modern styling.
This '72 is powered by a 454 engine that pulls hard and sounds amazing with its dual Flowmaster exhaust setup. The transmission shifts silky smooth. Power steering on this Chevy means it handles like a dream. The engine bay is clean enough to eat off of and stuns everyone that glances under the hood. The finely tuned Edelbrock carburetor sits on top of a polished Edelbrock intake manifold. More polished/chrome plated parts were added including the alternator, alternator cover, fender well covers, brake booster, air breather, and clutch fan shield. The block is sprayed with classic Chevy orange with matching valve covers!
The exterior body lines are laser straight. You can zoom in on the pictures and see for yourself. The cowl induction hood ties in great with the smooth flares of the rear fenders. Some exterior parts that were replaced with new polished parts include door handles, side mirrors, wiper arms, and gas cap. The bed floor was professionally replaced with diamond plate and polished runners. The C-10 sits on 20" Ridler gunmetal/polished wheels wrapped in 255/45/20 Toyo Proxes ST Tires. Disc brakes have been installed on the front with drums in the rear.
The interior has been tastefully revamped with new carpet, door sills, and door panels. The bench seat has been recovered in black and red vinyl and sets off the truck when the doors are opened. The OEM gauges, steering wheel, fan controls, and radio are preserved so not to lose the 'classic' tag on this beauty.
This truck must truly be seen in person and driven to be fully appreciated. I can add additional photos if requested.Although this vehicle is being sold through my dealership, I assure you this is one of my personal vehicles that has been driven and enjoyed by my entire family. Again, I hate to see her go but I only hope the next owner receives as much joy from this beautiful truck as I have. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Thanks!
