1971 Chevrolet Blazer Description

1971 K-5 Blazer that just went through a complete restoration. All new sheet metal, engine re-fresh, complete exhaust, paint, new everything (bumpers, lights, trim, wiring harness, and much more), new 31/10/50’s, complete interior, and everything works on this beautiful Huggar Orange K-5. Runs, shifts, drives, and stops perfect. This is numbers matching K-5 has a clear NC Title in my name. It is a 3-speed on the column (original and did not want to change to automatic or 4-speed) coupled to an awesome 350 CID engine that runs and sounds fantastic. The 4-wheel drive system works excellent and as it should. Please don’t ask me if the rockers, fenders, floor pans, bed, etc has any rust or bondo; it was all replaced with new sheet metal (that means: new doors, 2 front fenders, both bed sides, the bed, tailgate, and complete floor pans). So this means, the only piece of original sheet metal is the hood and the cab…..period. During the restoration process, I decided not to install the double wall top. The bed sides are new and slick. If the top were to be installed, it would leave holes and marks on the bed sides and wanted to keep it looking good. I have the top (has a few small holes in it) but it is not included in the sale of the K-5. If you want it, you can discuss options with me over the phone and we can work something out. Again, the top is not included in the sale of my K-5. I have other K-5’s where I could use the top. I have a 1972 K-10 Cheyenne Super as well so if interested, please let me know.

This K-5 won first place in the truck division at its first car/truck show out of over 100 trucks. It is show quality and does not disappoint in any way. The original color of the K-5 was Medium Bronze but I decided to go with the Huggar Orange as it is worth more for re-sale and looks much better as well. I left evidence of that fact on the inside of the glove box and of course the options listed states it as well. Call Mark at 828.Seven. Five. Five. 4.6.4.2 to discuss. I have invested a tremendous amount of time and money in this K-5 and it is well worth my asking price. No wiring of funds or pay pal. I will only deal with certified bank check and cash with transaction completed at a bank to ensure zero fraud. Thank you. This is your chance to own one of the hottest and most collectable Chevy Trucks ever made and you don’t have to pay the $40,000 and up prices that all the big dealers are asking.
