1972 Chevrolet Other Pickups C10 Description

You're looking at an absolutely gorgeous 1972 Chevy C10 that was professionally frame-off built and was given all the hard to find options. A friend of mine who's almost 80 years old bought it at the rod run in Tennessee over 10 years ago for $9500 as a 2 wheel drive big block truck and immediately was brought home and taken to the frame. He had it professionally converted to 4-wheel drive, a 71 model 350 punched .030 over which is flawless, a heavy duty transfer case and trans, 4" lift, and about anything you can think of has been done. At that time every gasket from windshield to window fuzzies was replaced. It's been parked ever since in a carport and many people tried to buy it but he wouldn't part with it except to me. There's no doubt that this truck could easily be made into a show vehicle with minimal work but it does have it's flaws. The hood was damaged about 3 years ago so he painted and replaced one himself and it does have a couple flaws. If you buy it at the buy-now price I'll have it painted for you if you like. Also the a/c compressor has scratches and sticker is bad so I didn't put it back on but I do have it. It has one a/c hose that was lost during the build and we can't find it at his house where he's sure he had it stored til he got the truck back home. Ultimately you'll need to paint the hood and buy a hose. I freshened up the paint on the engine and have a set of edelbrock finned valve covers to go with it if you like as well as a chrome breather. I just haven't put them on. Due to me almost dying 3 weeks ago and having to be off work with no income as well as now I'm unable to climb up in the truck I've decided to sell it to try to buy a nice old car of some sort and use the rest of the money to live on til I get better. I honestly don't think you'll be disappointed and won't find a nicer vehicle anywhere of this age. It has spray-in liner, interior has new door panels, new carpet, seat looks new, tilt column was rebuilt, and it has an 80's era cassette in-dash player by pioneer but does appear to need speakers. The windows are tinted, it seems to drive out good although it does need to have the front end aligned and stuff after everything was replaced. It has heavy duty shocks, shimy-shock, and about anything you can think of has been done. Please ask any questions you might have and I'll do my best to answer them. I would consider a partial trade of an antique car of some sort that's ready to drive, especially a panel delivery, a tri-5 chevy, or about any kind of old convertible. Thanks for looking and remember "No one knows what tomorrow holds but we know Who holds tomorrow"
