1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Description
1972 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO
Overview:
The vehicle is a 1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. It is a true matching number vehicle.
I have documentation to show the history of this car. I am the third owner of this vehicle and the last owner purchased this vehicle back in 1993 and was last driven in 1996. The car has been kept in the garage the entire time and is great condition.
Engine:
This vehicle is equipped with a stock unmolested 350 engine. It is great for an everyday driver. Runs strong and very reliable. Only 45,000 original miles on he vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with the original 2 barrel carburetor. The vehicle also has the original heat and air condition components and both are functional.
Drivetrain/Transmission/Suspension/Brakes:
This vehicle is equipped with the original automatic 350 3 speed transmission
Vehicle is equipped with Disc brakes on the front and drum brakes in the rear
Interior:
The interior of this vehicle is 100% perfect. The tan interior is in excellent conditions with no tears or wear showing on any of the seats. Bench seats are in the front of the car and a bench seat makes up the back seats as well. It has a column shift and all of these things were original and how the car came straight from the factory.
Exterior:
This car has a beautiful orange paint job on it. The car was repainted the original color back in 1989. Overall the paint on the vehicle is in good shape. There are some spots in the paint that could be wet sanded out, but overall the paint is in good shape. There are some rust spots that started to form around the edges of where the soft vinyl top meets the paint. Those are the only rust spots on the entire car and those are the usual spots where we start to see rust forming on these type of vehicles.
