1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 502 Description

The 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle was one of the baddest cars on the streets, and it's one of the most desired muscle cars today. So finding such a fresh build (barely over 100 miles since built) with huge big block power, an upgraded five-speed, and a comfortable A/C interior is the quickest way to become the king of the neighborhood.
When all the right investments have been made, a car deserves to be a shining star like this one. So when the time came for a restoration, they decided to go all-out and give this one an attention-grabbing respray that would emulate one of Chevy's most potent machines. The sought after Cortez Silver paint shines like a lightning bolt, and highlights the laser straight body. It's the perfect backdrop for all the coordinating darkness. A new black vinyl roof, blacked-out grille, and blacked-out rear panel are united by the iconic dual SS stripes. Super nice chrome bumpers and polished stainless trim make for excellent packaging. Plus, this one has plenty of aggression. The cowl induction hood, hood pins, and large 20-inch American Racing Torq Thrust wheels complete a package that's pure intimidation on wheels.
We doubt there has been much seat time since this restoration because the carpets, door panels, and seats all feel factory fresh. And the black coordinates perfectly with the exterior accent color. Intermediate size in 1970 was still a serious amount of interior space, so there's plenty of room to carry your family and friends with you. Plus, everyone stays happy thanks to a full custom AM/FM/CD stereo system and modern R134a air conditioning. But the best treats of this Chevelle are reserved just for the driver. Bucket seats and center console means this is exactly what you want in a Chevelle. Your right hand is instantly attracted to the Hurst shifter. Your left one feels great on the three-spoke sports steering wheel, and beyond that is an upgraded Dakota Digital gauge package with a cool aggressive red glow.
If you've looked at the fender badges, then you know there's something special under the hood. The engine bay is filled with the ultimate in big block power. The 502 cubic-inch V8 is a fresh built, and everyone instantly know it by the shine of the valve covers, air topper, master cylinder, brackets, pulleys, and so much more. And while the monster displacement is already enough for amazing performance, this one turns it up a notch with great go-fast goodies. It includes a Proform 750 CFM four-barrel carburetor, GM performance intake, Be Cool aluminum radiator w/electric fan, and Hedman headers that feed the X-pipe dual exhaust. Best of all, you have full control over this monster motor and its thunderous soundtrack thanks to the McLeod five-speed manual transmission. With all this extra power, you'll be glad to have all the right suspension upgrades, too. Power steering, SS-correct boxed trailing arms, and sway bars front & rear make this feel confident on the road. And this superior package is topped off with slotted & vented front disc brakes and the grip of modern performance tires.
Complete with owner's manual, this is an amazingly fresh build of a dream muscle machine. So the only way this one can disappoint is if you're not quick enough to grab this deal.
