1968 Chevrolet Corvette Description

For sale is my 1968 Corvette 427, 390hp with automatic transmission in it's original color of LeMans Blue with black interior. Options include power steering and power brakes. This is a non air conditioned car. The corvette has one high quality repaint. I've found only one or two small touch ups. The paint is very slick and well done. The interior appears to be all original with the exception of the carpet. I believe the radio has been replaced. The passenger seat has some minor splitting at seams and the drivers door panel has a small area that has been patched but overall the interior is in excellent condition. All interior gauges, lights and fiber optics work correctly. Even the original clock works! Headlights and windshield wiper door operate properly. The underside and frame are in great shape as the Corvette is originally a Tennessee car. The 427 engine is believed to be original. It was decked by the previous owner so I can only see some of the numbers on the pad. However, all castings are correct and the original manifolds are still installed. Personally, I have no doubt the engine is original. The previous owner installed a newer Holley carb. Mileage shown is approximately 75,000 but I can't confirm if this is actual.
The Corvette is a blast to drive. The only reason for selling is that I no longer have space to store it. It's a clean and honest big block Corvette that will get you attention wherever you drive it. The LeMans blue paint, black interior and red line tires are a great look!
