1967 Chevrolet Corvette Description

1967 Corvette 4-speed convertible with original and impossible to find Kelsey Hayes bolt on aluminum wheels, numbers matching engine, last on the road in 1985. The 300HP engine starts right up (#'s matching), 4-speed transmission (I believe it is original but not 100% certain), original VIN plate, original trim tag, original side exhaust, power brakes, original shifter, brand new redline tires, most of the gauges work as does the clock, original radio, original convertible top frame and much more. The frame is solid with no soft spots but does have scale. Title as pictured. Will require the gas tank to be cleaned, brake work, tranny plate to be unfrozen, new vinyl top, etc...One can do a minor amount of work (including a good cleaning of the interior and engine compartment detailing) to have a driver or restore to a show car or NCRS Top Flight car.
The car is located in Wisconsin and is for sale locally and the auction is subject to close at any time. If interested in a Buy it Now but you are not interested in the bolt on wheels, email me and I will reduce the price of the car by $5000. Car is sold with no warranty and transportation expense is responsibility of the buyer.
The Buy it Now requires a non-refundable $2000 deposit immediately.
Good luck bidding! Final payment is due within 7 days of the end of the auction.

On Jan-14-18 at 18:00:42 PST, seller added the following information:

Note: there is a new, in the box, vinyl softtop that comes with the car along with a brand new radiator. Also, I have added a couple of pictures of the frame to provide an indication of the scale. In that the car is 51 years old, to be on the safe side, one should assume the frame will need some work. The windshield frame has scale, and again, due to the age of the car, one should assume it might need some work. Also, I believe the front nose is original but I am not certain. The car does not have a hard top and the wipers do not work. Thanks, Jay
