1965 Chevrolet Caprice Description

HAVE CLEAN TITLE BUT MISSING THE 9th NUMBER ON THE TITLE I talked to the Colorado mvd it was a mistake on there part but I am not the owner in the title so I can not get it fixed so will have to be bonded 1965 caprice 4 door in good shape it has a 283 v8 auto the interior has been redone and mostly new it runs good drives good it's in the restoration process have minimal rust 2 6x6 sports in the truck that are soft that I have seen easy fixes there are some gauges that need wiring and radio needs wiring Speedo gas gauge work heater I Be leave needs a fuse haven't got to that yet the car is in flat black with a white top right now few spots that need sanding over all it's in good shape the right rear door the latch is off I think I haven't been able to get it all the way unlatched yet this is a as is where is sale great car I drive it around every once and a while. it is needs a new battery the current one will not hold a charge missing the brake light harness only the out side left and right tail lights have power and bulbs I have a clean title for it but it is missing the 9th number making it a 12 number title and a 13 number car I contacted the mvd in Colorado where it was last titled and they told me it would have to be bonded here and it was a mistake and would have to get a fixed title almost the same car as a impala
