1953 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Bel Air Description

Due to a non paying bidder I have to relist this pretty restorable 1953 chevrolet Belair 2 door sedan. This car has a few dings from what I can tell fixable.. the motor and transmission were taken out. All the parts were in boxes and plastic bags. But a animal of some sort got into it and tore up the boxes and the front seat. I am sifting through it and cleaning it finding all the bags and parts from what I can see 90 percent or more of the parts for the motor are there. I will keep updating this as I get them done. We had a cold spell and I was unable to go out and get it gone through. But I have to get it listed so hopefully it will go to the right buyer. All the glass looks good. There is NO TITLE for this car, ebay doesn't give this option but with a bill of sale most places now a days you can get a title for these classic cars. I had used tires put on the rims. They hold air but go low after sitting a while. The motor is on a pallet. I don't know if it works or not guy I bought it from said it ran when he took it out. He wanted to change the automatic to a three speed. But I would rebuild the motor if I were to use it just because it is out. It is your option to take the motor and tranny. I am just throwing it in because it is for the car. Also the back seat frame is missing. Stainless looks really good only spot I see is on pass door under vent window and drivers side piece Pictured. I love to haul cars so if you buy it and need it hauled I will see what I can do to get it to you without me going in the hole. I will keep adding to this listing as I go. I also have a parts catalogue that came with the car. It has fender skirts. I just found the key that works on the trunk, ignition, glovebox and doors. Then trunk deck does have rust along back edge where latch is and a couple spots on the pan itself. I have been trying to peel off the gunk on the passenger floor but it is frozen still. The headlight parts were in the car as in the trunk more engine parts. The hood and grill are loose from taking out motor that is why there is a strap over it... One thing if you don't have any feedback I will pull all bids from those bidders. i am sick of non paying bidders messing up auctions. I have it set that zero feedback bidders can't bid but for some reason ebay thinks they still can. I am going to list this here locally as well and will end the auction if the car sells. It snowed on the seat, but clearly it needs total restoration anyways..Motor is covered with a tarp I may set it in the cab or trunk of car to get it all in one spot. I am putting all the parts I found in a plastic tote and the rest in trunk or wherever I can that it will fit and not damage the car. I have not used ebay in a long time. It used to be a fun site to sell stuff on. Now though there are so many scammers. I listed and thought I sold this car earlier this week. The non paying bidder had the nerve to re bid on this listing. I am giving it one more day and if I keep getting these scammers bidding on this item I am pulling the auction and closing my ebay account I have had for almost 20 years because the stress I have had over selling this car has been just to much. there has to be a better site than this.! If you want the car bid if not get a life and stop messing with honest people trying to sell things!
