1970 Chevrolet Corvette Description

Triple black 4 speed with power steering and power brakes and tilt telescopic steering wheel.Runs great and has magnaflow mufflers which are not too loud but have a great deep rumble. Car sounds great. Drive this car anywhere. Excellent brakes. Does not overheat. Starts every time and choke works perfectly. I am tempted to call the paint excellent but has a few minor flaws upon close examination. I assure you that you will not be embarrassed to take this car to local car shows. Car has after market air conditioning but it needs a charge.
Block is correct casting number 3970010 with 350 c.i. but not original engine. Appears to be a crate engine with un stamped engine pad. Edelbrock alluminum intake and 4 barrel carburetor. I am not sure of the horsepower but car runs very strong.
NCRS shipping data shows car was delivered 5/20/70 to the Chevrolet zone office in Detroit Michigan. May have been a promotional car or used by a GM executive but no documentation is available.
All instruments including the clock work. Lights go up and down and wiper cover and wipers work fine. New rally wheels and tires from Coker Tire Company.
