This is a 1970 Chevy Chevelle SS that has been built into a super sharp pro street car. The owner asked me to list the car because he has sold his house and is going to move. This Chevelle was built in California - VIN and build sheet pictured below - with a L34 396/350 engine and M20 4-speed transmission. An engineer in Michigan built this car into what you see. The car is in excellent condition and was properly built. The engine is a Dart aluminum block with Edelbrock aluminum heads. Cam is matched to the Procharger. There is a computer so the tune on the engine and the boost can be adjusted. Currently the car has a street tune. The Turbo 400 transmission is built to handle the up to 1300 horsepower the engine can produce with an F-1X Procharger. It has a Conan stall converter and reverse manual valve body that is controlled by the stock shifter. The rear is a built 12-bolt with 3:08 cruise gears with 35-spline Moser axles and a spool. All four corners have adjustable coil-overs. All four wheels have Wilwood disc brakes. Steering is tight and car drives and stops well. Interior is black with bucket seats and console. Inside the console are the switches that control everything including the line lock and trans brake. Inside the glove box is the data port for the computer. The trunk has a removable panel that hides the battery and amp for the AM/FM/CD player in the dash. The stereo system can be heard over the all stainless exhaust which has four mufflers and cut-outs that can be opened with a switch inside the console. The body is beautiful - deep glossy black paint over a glass smooth body. The fenders, doors and quarters are new metal. The cowl induction hood and the bumpers are fiberglass. Inside the hood opening is a boost gauge. Wheels are Centerlines with Mickey Thompson tires - rears are 30X12.00R15LT. This car is ready to enjoy - needs nothing except a new owner. Current owner has a partial bank loan on the car so bank has title which can be obtained in about a week. Please call owner for details and if you'd like to come and see the car. Call him at 804-Nine Two Zero-5063.
