These Corvetteswere the first ones with computers (Engine Control Module - ECM). Located behind the driver's seat, they were prone to moisture and vibration and not hardened like the the computers in today's cars. My intent was to install a remanufacturedECM and a new PROM chip. The vette needs other minor repairs, yet the ECM needs to be tacked first. My reserve is low and this is great opportunity for a nice project vette.
