NO RESERVE… NEED CAR GONE ASAP
Car was bought with intentions of building up. Needless to say, life happenedliterally! We had kids and I could never even get the car worked on. At the time, car was running and needed some TLC to get it going. Now, I just need it gone. I don't care what it sells for, I don't care who is goes to, I don't even care if you PART it out. I need it gone. I'm not leaving my number (tired of spam and scammers). If you like the car, bid on it. Who knows, you could probably win it! The only thing I will say is, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT! So if you win it, you buy it… meaning you pay me! I don't want to hear about some sad story about how you just rescued a baby pig from being eaten by a dinosaur, and now the pig had babies and you can't afford to pay for the car now.
Listen, I posted this car last year and the year before that… At the end, the buyer(s) always backed out. (I couldn't find a trailer... I live too far... it's too much...) And me being the nice guy I was always like, "Well, it's okay… I guess it's a sign to keep the car." That's it, I need the money now and it's being sold in 7 days! So put your offers in, and think long and hard about this car. Look at the condition, look at the pictures, ask questions. I have NOTHING to lose here! I'll be honest and upfront with everything! But keep in mind, the car is 24 years old! I don't need a tire kicker, you know, someone coming to look at the car telling me, well, the paint is a little worn. REALLY… I couldn't tell! I have a clean title in hand… Once again, the car is being sold as is! I haven't started the car in over a year, and I don't plan to now.
If you know anything about Camaros or muscle cars, you'll know that this car is the 25th anniversary edition. That means in 2017 this car will be considered a classic (in NJ anyways).
Car is located in Little Ferry, NJ. Buyer is responsible for transportation of vehicle.
The GOOD… the BAD… and the UGLY truth about this car!
The Good:Body is intact, no rot or major rust… If it has any rust on the car, it'ssuperficialand will most likely come out.Car looks sharp, I didn't see any huge dents or damage to the carNO LEAKS… meaning the sunroof is fine, and nothing is dripping from under the car, which is always good signSeats look good, no major rips or tears, but I think the driver side has some wear. Purchased seat coversExtra new parts are includedK&N filtersTrans was rebuilt and has about 30k miles on it.Fluids were changed before car was parkedNewer hood and louversRadio with USB portBattery was replaced before it was parkedWindow motors were replaced before it was parkedNew headliner was replaced before it was parkedSunroof was serviced and did not leak… before it was parked(Another thing about the sunroof… It's electric, when the hell was this even an option? I guess that makes it RARE!)Has a nice exhaust and sounded nice… before it was parkedBasically, I started doing work to the car… before it was parked… so i tried to take care of it.Has the big 5.7L engineComes with an extra BRAND NEW Z28 hood still in box from Summit Racing (came a little dented)Has a lot of potential and car could be worth something someday!
The Bad:Car has been sitting for over a year… will probably need some fresh gasBattery most likely needs a chargeSome of the interior was taken apart, and never put back together but is included (The cluster)Steering wheel was replaced with some cheap sh*t, I purchased a Grant Steering wheel and adapter and it will be included in this auctionBrand new door parts included… Handles and window sealsHad a cover on the car, and when that was blown off I never replaced it.Needs a new paint job
The Ugly:Car most likely needs a tune up, probably brakes, maybe tires, a car wash would be nice, a new home would be better, and a driver who will take care of it.
If I forgot something, understand it was not done on purpose and I tried to mention everything.I believe in Karma, so what goes around comes around… So ask me questions, and keep in mind that this is a project car. This is not a turn-key ready car. I don't recommend driving the car the way it is. Work on it, build it up, make it better, then drive it!Car will make a nice project car, and I'm sure it will be a beauty when completed. You don't see these on the road anymore. And who knows, car never gave me any issues before it was parked, you could probably get the car running with little effort. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY! DON'T WASTE MY TIME OR YOURS!
Good luck, thanks for looking… and happy bidding
