This 1953 Chevrolet Suburban is a very rare truck. This example was provided new to the Canadian Military. It is complete minus the rear seats, motor, transmission and differential. It has very minimal rust for an un-restored truck from 1953. There is some rust in the front floorboards but other than that it is very solid. It would be ideal for a collector or as a restoration project. It has a nice look to it with natural ageing of the paint other than the hood which is in good condition but it is a different color. There is some damage to the grille and passengers side front fender. It was parked on a hill in the field and some wild boars ran into the back of it and it rolled down the hill and into a tree. This is also why the hood is a different color because the original hood got bent when this happened. Overall a very rare vehicle in very savable and original condition.
It rolls and steers easily for loading onto a trailer.
