Some guyswant to buy a cool old truck, but all to often they forget to ask their wivesif it's ok. Please ask your superior before you think about placing your bids.
1958 Chevy Apache 283 V8 Standard transmission. This truck had an extensive frame off restoration a few years ago and the paint isshowingsome wear as you would expect after 20 years. The truck was a native one family ownedTexas truckwhen I bought it a while back. Check out the pictures, no oil, or coolant leaks, extra clean and rust free undercarriage. The motor was rebuilt at the time of restoration and runs perfect, no smoke, or lifter noise. The trans shifts as it should with no clutch chatter. The steering is tight with no excessive play in the steering wheel. All the lights and gauges work correct, there is a workingam/fm radio built to fit this truck. The brakes stop straight, no pulling to the left, or to the right. The doors open and close good, the windows go down and up as they should. The wipers work All the glass and weather stripping havebeen replaced. The truck has new dual exhaust, new alternator, new tune up, oil change and new battery, ready to drive, or transport.
This is a very attractive old truck, but it's not a show truck and it does drive like a 1958 model truck, not like a new Silverado.
