1954 Chevy Pickup Truck 5 Window Street Rod. 350 cubic inch ( engine serial number indicates it came from a 1974 Chevy truck with 4 bolt mains) V8 with mild cam, Edelbrock 4 barrel carb, Weiand aluminum manifold, ceramic coated headers, 2 1/2'' dual exhaust, 700 R4 automatic transmission (rebuilt 2017), 11'' power disc brakes, power steering, power windows ( good glass, no cracks), Auto Meter Gauges for fuel, engine temp, volt, oil pressure, speedo and tach. New black upholstery for bench seat (w/ red piping), door, visor and kick panels and headliner. JVC 4 speaker stereo. Kumho radials 235/45ZR17 mounted on Boyd Cottington Wheels. Rear mounted poly gas tank. Has air conditioning, presently not wired. 6 1/2 plywood bed with stainless steel strips. Louvered hood. TCI Mustang II independent front suspension lowered 2 1/2'', new leaf springs, GM posi-traction differential (gear ratio unknown 3.xx?) Push/Pull electric fan. Lock up torque converter. Flat Black in color.Truck was originally built in St. Louis Chevrolet Plant. Truck is believed to have been modified in its present condition by a previous owner circa 2006. I purchased in Oct 2009 from local guy who drove it back to St. Louis from Normal OK the previous year. Has about 6XXX miles on this build. Original front bumper and brackets, extra tailgate, battery tender, front valence, hood springs and additional stainless steel bed strips, numerous receipts that verify upgrades, and a shop manual all come with the purchase.
This truck is a blast to drive, very good overall solid condition, starts and operates just as it should, runs about 2000 RPM at 60 MPH. Sounds tough. Drive as is or take it to the next level.
