1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS Description

The 1969 Chevy Camaro RS/SS is a true American Classic loved by many. To find one with true matching numbers is hard to come by, and THIS Camaro has true matching numbers. It also features true X22D80 396 375 HP matching numbers engine. Has correct date coded manifolds, intake, carburetor, and distributor. Does have factory L89 aluminum correct dated heads, but believe the car didn't come with aluminum heads. Car came factory with automatic 400 turbo which is believed to be matching also and has 12 volt rear end with disc brakes on all 4 wheels, but rear discs have been added and it is not to be believed as original. Very unique car with all the options. It is a factory D80 car, which is factory front air dam and rear spoiler car. Also has interior code option 713 which is factory black houndstooth interior and also factory paint code 69 factory quartez silver. The Z28 stripes have been added and the 15" rally wheels which gives it the touch of old muscle car class! Power Convertible top is in great shape, and works as it should. Hideaway headlights operate and function properly. Car is a beautiful car, looks to be an older restoration. Has floor pans put in and one rear quarter on passenger side restored in my opinion. Super nice car and ready to enjoy and take to your local car show. This car has been restored to all original condition. It is located in Celina, OH 45822. Please feel free to call me 419-305-5463

I have done some more research on this car and I am having trouble finding the numbers on the transmission and also could not find the vin on the cowl of the car under the windshield wipers.some people say there is a hidden vin stamped there and i could not find it. but the vin tag in the windshield is there and correct and the trim tag on the firewall is also there and correct and both do match the engine. By no means do I want to misrepresent this beautiful car and i want to be honest about everything I know. Please feel free to come and look at the car for inspection and I would be happy to take any pics or answer any questions that I can. Thanks so much for you time and bids and Good Luck!!!
