1964 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Description

Up for auction is a 1964 highly optioned van nuys built Chevelle Malibu SS. Rare car with power steering power brakes power windows air conditioning tilt steering wheel 2 speed wipers push button radio factory tinted glass drivers side remote rear view mirror "cable style" bumper guards dash clock. Very solid car with the exception of the trunk pan. It's a total loss quarter panels are warped from a torch and brazing rod. All paint has been removed and a coat of primer has been applied. So you are seeing all metal body no hidin rust. Original color was meadow green. Floor pans are great no rust or holes. Someone did cut a hole in transit hump for a 4 speed. Have many parts for car that has been disassembled very little chrome no motor or transmission. Car has new upper and lower ball joints. New tie rod ends. New u-joints in drive shaft. New brake pads and shoes with new springs. New body mounts and bolts. Glass is good shape. No bondo just a few skimmed spots. No lip rot on sheet metal. Have 3 totes of all the air conditioning parts and wire harness and some new parts like trunk SS emblem and hood spear ect. Low reserve. The quarter panels could probably be fixed with patch panels for they are solid. Dash pad is another option and its in great shape as well as the front bucket seats and back seat. Headliner is the basket weave option and looked good other then stitching falling apart. Must sell contact for any questions
