1973 Chevrolet Camaro Description

This is a 1973 conversion, car is titled 1974.

INTERIOR:

New carpet, reupholstered seats, head liner, steering wheel, dash pad, package tray, soft door panels, window cranks, radio, speakers, pedal rubbers, inner glove box, gauges, all other interior parts have been refinished. Also new heater core and blower motor.


BODY:

New windshield, hood, fenders, door skins, full quarters, outer wheel houses, trunk floor, trunk drop-offs, rear tail panel, trunk lid, front and rear bumpers, core support, inner fenders, mirrors, door handles, and door locks. The exterior of the car is a dark blue metallic base coat with clear coat finish.

The bottom of the car is painted glossy black with 395-A paint.


ENGINE:

New plugs, wires, accel distributor, aluminum pulleys, water pump, oil pump, fuel pump, dress up kit, ceramic headers, 2 ½ inch exhaust, to 350 bored .30 over, 4 bolt main, forged steel crank, clevite rods and main bearings, double roller timing chain, flat top pistons, solid lifter cam with a 541/551 lift, new valve springs, push rods, 1.65 roller rockers with poly locks, rpm intake, mini-starter and alternator.

This car is very fast, it will spin tires between first and second gear and has an lopey idle because of the large cam. This car also has manual brakes.


TRANSMISSION:

350 rebuilt with shift kit, new torq converter, rebuilt drive shaft, 3:42 posi rear end with new pinion yoke.

This car has all new gas lines, gas tank, straps, sending unit, all new brakes, pads, hoses, hardware, drums, calipers, master cylinder, proportioning valve, lines from the master back are new. New rear air shocks, new front outer tie rods, ball joints, stabilizer links, front coil springs and shocks.

All new wiring throughout the car with marker lights and headlight bezels.

Brand new belt moldings, mirrors and weather stripping.


NEEDS:

Temperature, clock, volt and tachometer gauges are not hooked up on the dash cluster. There are after market gauges in the center console. The gas gauge is operational.


PLEASE SEE PHOTOS: There are etchings in the door glass on both sides of the car from duct tape. Additional photos can be provided.
