1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Description

You are bidding on a 1967 Chevelle Malibu, original black plate California car. I purchased the car with the help of my father in 2005 with the plan to build a pro-touring inspired car while maintaining a stock appearance. The car was daily driven while I was a student and mechanical upgrades made along the way. We invested over $40K in the car making it reliable and powerful with the plan to complete the body work once we had the mechanicals in order. Unfortunately, the car was involved in a minor collision in June of 2018. The damage is limited to the front end: hood, grille, front bumper, radiator, driver side front fender and driver door sustained body damage. The passenger front fender was not damaged. The car was towed home and is being stored garaged.

Before the collision, the car was in solid running and driving condition and has made incident free trips between the San Francisco Bay area and Los Angeles on a couple occasions while achieving 16-18 MPG on the highway at ~75-80 mph. This car was intended to be quick, corner, and stop, but still be able get on the highway and take a road trip and that is just what it’s capable of again with a little help! I am sad to see this car go. I made a lot of good memories with it and it was very close to being finished, but I hope to see it go to a good home where it can be repaired and enjoyed.
