You are bidding on a 1979 Chevrolet Z28. This car has 79,000 milesthat are documented by smog inspections since it was new. The car was owned by a number of people -all from the same family. I am the 4th registered owner but not part of the family. Car hasa rare factory 4 speed manual transmission, factory a/c but believe it needs a charge, and the overall condition of the car is excellent. Has beenwell cared for and as you can see from the pics - it is literally like stepping into a time machine back to 1979. Car has power steering and power brakes. It has the original space saver spare and inflation canister, also an AM/FM radio with 8 track tape player. Paint and interior are original and are in excellent condition for their age. Not perfect but nice. New door and trunk rubber, The exhaust has been replaced and other minor repairs done as needed. Other than that the car is very original and retains all factory equipment as it was built. There are minor rust issues as it spent all of its life on the east coast. See pics for the rust areas. No rust in trunk or floor. Car runs and drives very nice and doesn't have any known issues to me, it can be driven anywhere without any problems. Doesn't run hot or have any strange habits, noises or knocks. Goes down the road very nicely. Never smoked in and never had any pets in the car. No accident history.
