I purchased the Parkwood back in 2007 from state of Washington,They dont use salt on the roads there and very seldom it freezes so usually the cars are the same condition as California,The car had very little rust on the floor pans so we replaced the pans where ever it was neede, the rest of the car is all original panels,we sanded it down to bare metal and painted it about 8 years a g, not a show quality but... a good driver. We purchased the Upholstery kit (Impala Cloth ) not the the cheaper package and the Impala type door panels from Cars Inc.we also purchased new weatherstripping from them. The car runs and drives and has a 283 original in good shape .It comes with a column shifter manual transmission with over drive that gets activated by pulling the lever under dash.we cleaned and resealed the gas tank.We re did the brakes about 10 years ago.we installed cloth headliner. The wagon is complete and has a clear title. We would need 1 week to refresh the brakes and carburetor so it be derivable..
