1992 chevrolet camaro z28 5.7l
1992 Chevrolet Camaro 25th Anniversary Edition Description
Up for sale AGAIN - PLEASE DO NOT MAKE OFFERS IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF FOLLOWING THROUGH! 1992 25th Anniversary Z28 Chevy Camaro with a BRAND NEW $5K, 5.7 liter small block Jasper Engine. Engine has a 5 year, 100,000 mile warranty (1 year is already used and approximately 10,000 miles -lists mileage is a guess by age, the odometer stopped working). Four new tires with only a few miles on them. New alternator, distributor, serpentine belt. Working pioneer stereo with new amp. Car has the original red stripes on the front and back, including the rear spoiler. This is a terrific opportunity for the hobbyist or antique car enthusiast who wants a limited Anniversary edition! Lot’s of 80’s muscle under the hood – engine sounds great! It's a classic - so owner should be able to/want to tinker here and there. Hate to see it go, but needed a truck for work related travel. More $ in the car than the selling price - my loss is your gain.
Discrepancies: small 1/2". tear at seam in drivers seat, Paint is holding shine in most parts, but gasoline stain on white paint near gas cap, paint is wearing (fading) on roof and top of hood stripes, crack in dash (see pic), small crack on fiberglass trim under front left from road debris, some minor surface rust (see pics) and other assorted "older car" item scuffs and wear inside and out. See pictures for all. Bones are good, runs GREAT.
Drives beautifully with a powerful engine sound and feel. No pulling issues, steers easily and shifts perfectly.
Included: multiple keys, car mats, Chilton manuals, etc. Purchased from an older man doing restoration on many cars and kept in garage. Hoped to repaint and restore even more but work cuts into my time. Have used it for work transportation this year 20 min each way and keep it in a mostly shaded parking lot. The southern sun is fading the paint, however, and at this age needs TLC and someone to really give it the attention it deserves.
