1976 Chevrolet Other Pickups K20 Description

This is a wonderfully original, 1976 Chevrolet K20 4x4 3/4 ton Scottsdale pickup truck with Born with 400, Turbo-Hydramatic 350 Transmission, 14 bolt rear end, original interior, mostly original paint, and wooden bed with only 22k original miles! NO RUST, save for surface rust on paint scratches. Factory rust oxide primer is in place and intact. Runs great. Very well documented, with original build sheet in glove box, service records since 2006, original under hood decals, vin tag, and title stating original miles in 2006. Starts right up, fresh oil and transmission fluid and air filter, fuel filter, oil filter and transmission filter. Power Steering, power brakes. Miles are documented. Previous owner owned the truck since 2006. He is also available to answer service history records about which he is aware, and he has many NOS parts that he would make available to the new owner. Great guy, and I am happy to put buyer in touch with him if so desired. I bought the truck here on eBay and it is simply too nice, and too original, to use as I had originally intended. This is a time capsule. I have owned these square body GM trucks and grew up with them, but I had never seen one with a wooden bed! That option is clearly labeled in the original glove box option sheet. Tires are vintage type Ag-King tires with very aggressive lugs, but they are in great shape. Bilstein shocks really make it ride well, and much better than I had remembered. Truck starts instantly, and the Rochester Quadrajet runs great. These trucks were NOT original equipped with catalytic converters in 1976, as 3/4 ton units were exempt. Dual Exhaust is newer, and from 2006. Interior is in great shape, including driver's side seat foam. Feel free to call me at 214-507-9441 if I can answer questions. No texting, please. Look at my feedback. I sell good stuff, and take very good care of what it is that I have. Personal inspections or pre-purchase inspections by third parties both accepted and encouraged. Truck is located near Love Field, Dallas, TX 75209. Not cheap, but the best never is. Vintage Broncos, and Blazers, are crazy expensive vs. this, and, depending on use, may not be as useful. While I think the muscle car craze has peaked, I have observed that vintage trucks and SUV's have faired much better as of late. Thanks for your interest.
