1957 Chevrolet 210 Station Wagon Original Paint Survivor
1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Description
Up for consideration is an original, unrestored 1957 Chevrolet 210 Station Wagon, recently acquired from the original owner in Colorado. The car has been in dry storage since the late 80's and was resurrected last spring. Original paint, original motor, transmission etc.. 283, 4 barrel, powerglide, dual exhaust car. Factory tinted E Z Eye Glass which is all very nice, no scratches or rock chips in the windshield but the drivers rear quarter glass is cracked. Motor starts easily and runs very well with recent tune-up and carb rebuilt, transmission shifts as it should. New battery and new correct period bias ply tires. Car has never been in any accidents and retains all of its original paint, zero rust in floors and inner rockers, body mounts are all solid with no rust, there is rust in the both lower front fenders and a small amount in the outer rockers in front of rear wheel opening on both sides. Interior in in unbelievable condition other than wear damage in the drivers cushion area, headliner is near perfect. The only thing I did was replace the original floor mat which had become brittle with age with a factory replacement carpet set. This is an unbelievably well preserved 57' wagon that runs and drives very well and gets attention everywhere it goes. Please ask questions and I'm available most any time to show vehicle prior to end of auction. This is one of the most well preserved Tri-5 Chevrolets that I have seen in a long time, no disappointments here. Full payment due within 3 days of end of auction unless other arrangements are made, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Clear and current title in my name.
