NO RESERVE 1977 Camaro v8 all original, very clean, zero rust, orig build sheet
1977 Chevrolet Camaro Description
Throw back to the 70's. Basically completely stock except for wheels and tires. Cars does not appear to have ever been in any accidents other than the damage you can see, minor dings and dents. may have had slight front end hit that damaged the front nose a bit, but other than the minor primer spot on the nose, all of the paint seems to be original and in good shape. Vinyl top is perfect without ANY bubbling or bumps in it as a sign of rust.
Floorboards and trunk, quarter panels or fenders, rockers, doors do not have any rust. Have not been able to find any rust or signed of body, frame or suspension damage anywhere.
Based on overall condition, seems to have been garage kept.
Car starts, runs and drives very well. Odometer shows 30K, so I am assuming 130K. Engine dos not appear to any modifications to intake or exhaust system at all. two smog tubes were plugged when purchased, car runs fine, probably would need to be reconnected if you need smog inspection, otherwise catalytic converte, smog pump, everything is in place. Factory air is all there and operational with 134a conversion. Blows cold.
Interior is very nice, dash looks very good, front seats were completely redone, as was the carpet and headliner, rear seats look perfect, I doubt they have been sat in ever, specially based on the condition of the build sheet stuffed in rear seat ( see picture) I left it in there as I did not want to be the one who ripped it:)
Everything works except for the radio, I have not looked into it.
front calipers were rebuilt, and new pads installed.
Car was built in Los Angeles, Van Nuys plant, and delivered to local dealer. Again, very clean, body.
Again, car does run and drive good, but was sitting for a long time before I got it, so if you plan on driving regularly as is, you may want to get a tune up and have all of the brakes checked to make sure nothing is dried out for safety.
I did not do these last items as my plan was to put aftermarket brakes all around and swap in a ZZ3 crate motor I had purchased for it.
The western wheels in last picture are the wheels that came on the car and I believe to be original, tires look new, but seem to have flat spots ( that was why I purchased rims and tires first) I have someone who wants to buy them from me locall, but wanted to offer them to whoever buys the car first in case you want to keep original.
if you have any questions, feel free to call between 8-8PM pacific time. Please be sensitive to time difference. 818-970-6972 Robert
I have sold a few old cars over last 15 years, one to Australia, one to TN and one to FL, and have never had a complaint about condition and felt the car was very well described. I don't mind helping to coordinate inspection and or pick up if having the car shipped
Will consider selling the ZZ3 motor if interested as well.
Only selling as I need the space and the money for some unexpected expenses
