1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 210 Description
1957 Chevy 210, 4 door..283 Engine,2 barrel carburetor,Manual transmission on the column .. 109,000 miles.. Original Paint color with touchups here and there. some peeling paint areas.. The 2nd owner, owned the car for 40 years, 3rd owner 3 years, andI bought the car from him...283 Engine runs smooth and quiet with no noises or smoke out the tail pipes.Engine starts right up and idlesgreat, low idle..Transmission shifts great. This car goes down the road straight with a veryslight pull to the right, The frontbrakes need adjusting/cleaned and pulls to the right also. That maybe the problem.. The floor pans and frame and trunkare all solid, Floor supports and inner rocker panels are in good shap, but with some rust..Underneath was undercoated a long time ago, some of it is peeling off.. The car rides smooth and Firm with no rattles and floats down the road..This is a driver car that you can get in anddrive right now... This is what needs to be done to the car- Speedometer Cable, rear brake lights not working, wiperswork but get stuck, fuel gage works but only up to a quarter tank, dash lights, radio, clock not working -Going to check fuses later, haven't had time.,.. The Headlights, brights, turn signals, temp gauge, lighter, all work!...This is a good solid car that is running and driving...I Went on a 40mileround trip yesterday. I don't see any leaks when parked. Engine runs Quiet and smooth, Interior is in nice condition-- Seat, headliner, door panels, carpet nice condition..Check out the video on youtube of the car Running and walk around..
