1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS 350 Description

For sale is my 1967 Chevy Camaro SS 350 with 4 speed Muncie and 12 bolt rear end. Paint is Royal Plum with black vinyl top.

I've had the car for 3 years and it appears to be an older restoration maybe 10-15 years ago.Has spent its time since then being garage kept with the exception of occasional fair weather driving on dry days. Great driver quality, but it has been driven some and is used,it isn't perfect, but is very solid and well put together. No rust that I have ever noticed, trunk and floorlook and feel solid.Hoodcould have beenpainted better, and would be a cheap fix if one were worried about that as it has some orange peel in the paint on thehood, and has a cowl hood instead of the factory SS hood, it was that way when I bought it.

Motor is recently rebuilt with less than 2,000 miles on it, not the original engine. Electric cooling fan. Holley carburetor with electric choke, full length ceramic coated Hedman Headers. Stock front power disc brakes, factory drums in the rear. Has BMR lowering springs in the front and lowered leaf springs with track bars in the rear. Car is on Chevrolet rally wheels with like new tires. Factory 12 bolt rear end with 3:31 gear.

Car is quite unique, trim tag reveals Royal Plum paint code which was a 1967 only color for the first gen Camaro andwasused onless than 3%that year according tosources I have read. Vinyl top is in really good shape withaonlya couple of smallimperfectionsnear the front/middle of the top. Chrome is all nice, bumpers appear to be reproductions. Underside of the car is really nice as well.

Trim tag reveals SS 350, black bucket seats with deluxe seatbelts which have been replaced with reproduction belts/buckles, center console which is in good shape, four speed manual transmission, rear antenna which is now connected to a radio capable of playing through the dash speaker with anaux cord andRPO Z21 style trim option.

Some work that has been done since I have owned it includes putting the fresh 350 in along with new fuel tank, sending unit, fuel pump, fuel gauge, and speedometer as the factory speedometer gear was worn and groaning/speedometer was jumping around. I believe I stillhave the factory speedometer as well which will go with the car, mileage is listed as exempt on the Virginia title and was when I purchased it as well so not sure about actual mileage.New heater core. I alsoput the BMR lowering springs in the front as the previous springs did not ride the best. Replaced theOEM powersteering box with a CPP steering box which greatly improved the drivability and steeringfeel. Clear title in hand, please message for more info, may be able to assist with shipping for additional feedepending on distance/location.
