I (the seller) have the right to end the auction at any time, the item is listed for sale locally.

If the buyer wins the auction, the buyer must pay right away to complete the transaction.
The item will be relisted if the seller (me) does not receive the buyers $500 deposit through PayPal within 24 hours and the buyers cashier’s check or cash in-person within 7 business days of the auction end time or Buy It Now. Please message me (the seller) after the auction is over for payment details.
Please inspect the vehicle before bidding, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle for flaws and imperfections.
I (the seller) have posted videos on YouTube that show the condition of the car.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to either pickup the car themselves, or, pay and arrange to have the car shipped.
I (the seller) do not accept debit, credit cards, direct deposits, or wire transfers as a form of payment.
The seller is not responsible or liable for the vehicle and any damage that might occur once the full payment has been made by the buyer, the title is in the buyer’s name, and the vehicle is in the buyer’s possession.

All of the receipts of the work done, parts, etc. can be provided.
The underneath of the car is 99.9% solid, except for a hole in the drivers side floor pan.
The rear lower quarters have holes.
The lower body has various small rust bubbles.
Some of the metal behind the chrome and door jambs has surface rust.
The truck has severe surface rust with one or two pin holes.
The hood front edge on the underside has some pin holes
Also, the A/C does not work, the heater hoses are not hooked up, the brakes pull to the left, the door jamb dome light and bright light switch does not work, speedo does not work, windshield wiper motor does not work, steering gear box leaks.
The transmission was fully rebuilt.
Although I need to finish adjusting kick down linkage.
The engine was refurbished with a new gasket and piston ring kit.
The car runs and drives fine. I have only driven the car locally and up to 40 miles round trip at a time.
