1986 Chevrolet Corvette Description

I am selling this for my friend. He is a retired IBM tech and use to be heavy into formula car racing. He is no longer into the race car stuff and wanted to build this car up for a nice driver. The engine i very fresh. It was completely gone through. .030 over bore, new pistons, rings, reground crank, Cam bearings, ca, lifters, timing chain and gears, oil pump, felpro gasket kit and new heads. The heads were run on another engine but not driven a car with them. The engine has not been fired up yet. The internals are all coated with a heavy lubrication to keep it fresh inside. The engine was assembled a few years ago. The trans has a new torque converter and was totally gone through by a local trans shop with a great reputation. The body and paint is in good condition with only a few small things that will need to be fixed on it. It can be put back together without paint and will look good for a nice driver. There are a lot of extras that will go with the car. An extra engine, that you see in the picture is included and the table full of part, tires wheels etc. you will need a big trailer to take all this stuff home with you. We have a full set of service manuals that will go with the car. They cost 170 bucks.
