We have taken a new direction this year and have chosen the iIustrious Chevrolet Corvette to be more prevalent in our inventory. Coming from a private collection, this smokin' hot triple black '62 Corvette first year for the 327 boasting 340 hp (block casting #3782870) solid-lifter V8 topped with the "Winter's Foundry" aluminum intake manifold... topped with the famous Holley carburetor and those lovely 7 finned aluminum Corvette script valve covers. The book has been decked during rebuild and the original stamped numbers are not present. She is backed by the factory 4 speed manual transmission giving one a great seat-of-the-pants feel during acceleration pulling through the gears is quite an enjoyment. This lovely roadster also features a hardtop for the ultimate in winter driving. What is so neat about a sixty-two is one can see the evolution of the 63 with the solid color (no two-tones), the rear taillights, and the 1 inch smaller white wall tires. Our featured roadster is a title older restoration but shows extremely well with nice smooth paint, nice chrome and clean interior.
