1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Description

1969 Chevrolet Chevelle. Believed to be a SS 396 car. Has a 12 Bolt rear end under it. Around here, the 12 bolts aren't cheap. No motor, no trans. What is pictured is all that is included.

I purchased the car with NO title. I planned on getting one from Vermont DMV through their loophole, but never did.
Roof is shot, quarters shot, trunk needs a pan, interior floor could use patches, but it useable.
It has some sort of "tow" bar bolted to the front frame horns. Around here, there's no telling why they're there.
Frame is not rusted but the rear brace is bent from someone probably yanking on it with a truck or possibly a winch. It is repairable.
Power brake option. 12 Bolt option. It was a factory 4 speed car.
