1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS RS Description

Selling my 1968 SS/RS Z/28? Camaro car to make room in my garage. NO RESERVE, CAR WILL SELL THIS WEEK!!!
Very solid SS/RS, or possible Z/28 car with original sheet metal with the exception of a GM 2" Steel Cowl Hood.
Cowl tag Paint Code: PP (SeaFrost Green Metallic), Trim Code: 712 (black standardinterior, Bucket Seats)
** After research this seems to be a Rare Paint Code found with a lot of Z/28 cars in 1968 and it was also built in NOR. Built in July, so that also fits in when 75% of these 1968 Z/28 cars were built. Only 4% of Z/28 cars had this color. Also was original4-speed car.
The car was running and driving, and we started a complete restoration. Only needs the new wiring harness ran and fuel line to the new gas tank to get back on the road. This car has an amazing suspension setup and will ride and handle great with the the tubular suspension, coil over shock conversion, and double adjustable Viking shocks. With the twist of a knob you can dial in the full suspension rebound and compression for touring, racing, cruising, etc. Big disc brake conversion has been done, this car stops great. Keep the old school 400 SBC, or swap in a new LS and have a 40k car with a little more work. Car does not include the custom billet specialty wheels and leather seats in this auction but can be purchased separately along with the a PTC built powerglide/converter.

Needs:
This car is NOT a show car, but would be an awesome driver quality car pretty much as it. I had the car painted with 3 Gallons of Gun Metal grey Pasti-Dip paint and a gallon of clear. This turned out pretty good and is a great 20' driver paint job. I didn't try to cover up and of the issue areas, so the new buyer can see exactly the small things needed to make this car very nice.
Original Body panels on the car except hood. It need some light patch panel work on the lower quarters, previous owner filled in the front marker lights so that needs to be sanded and cleaned up on both fenders, and some light sanding on the doors to make it slick.
The only part cut on this car is the brace behind the back seats. No idea why the previous owner decided to cut those braces out, but I have new OEM replacement speaker tray and X rear seat braces.
No issue with the trunk, original pan that is in great condition no rust. The rear of the car has original tail lights with some pitting, original RS backup lights in the rear pan. Trunk closes nicely with no issues, I'd probably remove the battery switch and connectors and patch those holes.
Have a new dash pad. Original dash is there and in good shape. Needs painted, has nice OEM cluster and have radio delete plate for it.

No title, Bill of sale only AS-IS, No Refunds. . Anyone is welcome to inspect the car, and I encourage that before purchase. Also feel free to call me 205 504 4557 with any questions. I have several of these cars, and only making room in my shop for a new boat or I would keep it for myself and finish the LS swap.
