If you are in the market for a square body truck in pristine condition, you will be hard pressed to find one in better shape.
This truck is completely unmolested, in complete stock form, and is absolutely rust free. Shows 92,000 miles on the odometer and is believed to be actual. The truck went through a top quality restoration in the early 2000’s by the original owners family and then shortly after was sold into a private collection where is has been a member since.
The truck has the original 305 c.i. V8 engine as well as a TH350 automatic transmission. In preparation for sale several items have been replaced or refreshed. The original carburetor was replaced with a period correct factory carburetor (the original numbers matching carburetor was kept and will come with the truck). The air conditioning system was gone through, replacing the compressor and several other components. The air conditioning works exceptionally well. A full tune up and service has been performed as well as replacing any seal or gasket showing signs of seepage.
This truck is in top quality shape both mechanically and cosmetically. The tires are in good shape with no apparent weathering or uneven wear (estimated 80% tread if not more).
