1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport Description

I'm selling a 69 Chevelle SS, a true Super Sport. Though there is no build sheet to qualify this. However you can clearly see it still retains, front and rear SS, badges, fender badges, and the SS steering wheel. The car was made in Atlanta, Georgia. The original color is Azure Turquoise, with a Black Vinyl top, "and the trim is still on the car". It comes with a Black Bench Seat, Soft Ray Glass, Factory AC, 396, 4 barrel, automatic turbo 400, front power disk brakes, and 12 bolt rear end.

Some may think I'm crazy to sell it than to part it out. Lets be honest. "You can buy new parts, you can't buy a new 69 Super Sport". This would be a great project with nearly everything there for a father and son, two brothers, or as I do with my grandson. Build this car, watch a young boy become a fine young man that can see a piece of history that become a beautiful piece of art. It does not have the original engine, but it does have a turbo 400, and the original 12 bolt rear, all the interior, dash, and AC system. Yes it needs some sheet metal, but not a full floor. The trunk and fenders are trashed, but it can be bought. Most of the panels are etched with surface rust, the rear window area is repairable, as most of the panels are.

Front and rear bumpers have been removed from the car as I'm keeping the bumper guards for my Convertible.

Its nearly a complete car that is soon to be 50 years old in a few months. Its not a 50 year old Rambler, its a Iconic 69 Chevelle SS.

I've included in my photos of a car in this color. There is not many photos of a SS to be found this color.

To further clarify, as I guess it needs to be. When I said it was born in Atlanta with a black bench, and a 396 as an example is true. However this car does not have the original engine, or an engine at all. It does have a engine it, however that engine will not remain with the car. Some people have inquired about it. It is just setting in it just to show the ride height. For all inquisitive, it is a old 366 truck motor. The original bench seat is not present either, however I will provide another a body bench seat.

Nor does the 3 inch Weld Skinny wheel come with the purchase of the car, as it is just there so the car sits level and the car can be rolled
