1980 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 2500 Description

1980 Chevrolet pick up.Four wheel drive. Odometer shows 11K plus but I'm sure it's rolled over. Actual miles would only be a guess.Granny gear low 4 spd. transmission.Runs and drives, but has numerous relatively small issues.Rust on the inner rockers, at some point previous owner tacked in a replacement panel.Sides of bed are new sheet metal, floor / deck of bed is original, I believe and is rusty in spots.Comes with spare and bed liner and shell.Hatch to shell does not have struts to hold it open.Trucks windshield cracked and will need to be replaced.Newer tires, and new master cylinder. Stock rims, including spare.Low reserve, the value of the parts at least. That said, I'm selling the entire package. This is the 400 small block I think, runs fairly well. Someone put on headers, but most of the engine looks to be stock.Truck has been lifted, and the springs changed.Interior is fair, rust in the floors, particularly on the passenger side back by the seat mount.Hood is bent from being slammed / weak.Paint is really bad, showing old red underneath the slapped on black. Holes drilled in the top of the cab, for a visor? Not sure. Many numerous issues here and there. Seat is bad, dirty and dusty in the cab. Sliding rear window works O.K. No dome lights. Window seals should be replaced. Doors look fairly straight but not perfect. Locks work well enough.Heater works I think, but no fan. No A/C. Most of the lights and signals work.Over all this truck is "fair". The 4x4 DOES work, but might need some maintenance to keep it going.First gear is REALLY LOW! This truck would climb like mad, I think, in granny 4wd low. Typically start off in 2nd.Might make a good plow truck or farm truck without too much investment.I cannot ship this vehicle. If you want it shipped I'll meet the car-carrier so they can get it loaded. If you want to come and test drive, that's fine. Please do DRIVE it to really see for yourself.PayPal deposit, remainder PayPal, or cash in person. Buy-it-now is full payment at end of auction. All shipping arrangements are for the buyer. I'll meet your shipper to observe the load-out at my location.Clear Indiana title in my name and has been insured in the past.
